If you recently signed a timeshare contract in Florida, you may have a limited time to deliver a written Notice of Cancellation (often called a “rescission notice”). Florida provides a 10-day rescission period (based on the date of signing and/or receipt of required documents—see your contract for the exact deadline and delivery instructions).

Step 1 — Confirm the deadline and mailing address
You provide the rescission instructions page from your contract (deadline, address, and required delivery method).
Step 2 — Prepare the notice (based on your information)
We help you complete a written Notice of Cancellation using the details you provide.
Step 3 — Sign & notarize (if requested or required)
We notarize signatures with valid government-issued photo ID.
Step 4 — Certified Mail (Return Receipt Requested)
If you choose our full service option, we send the notice via Certified Mail with Return Receipt Requested and provide you the receipt and tracking number.
Step 5 — Tracking information
You receive the tracking number so you can monitor delivery and keep proof for your records.

Includes appointment + notarization.
Additional notarized signers: +$10 each (each additional signer whose signature is notarized).
Option 2 — Full Service (Document + Notary + Certified Mailing): $175
Includes document assistance, notarization, Certified Mail (Return Receipt Requested), and delivery tracking details provided to you.
USPS fees can vary; we provide receipts and tracking for your records.

Do you provide legal advice or represent me?
No. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice or legal representation. We provide document assistance, notary services, and (if selected) mailing services.
How do I know if I am still within the rescission period?
Check your timeshare contract for the rescission/cancellation section. The deadline is typically based on the signing date and/or when you received required documents. If you’re unsure, we can help you locate the rescission instructions in your paperwork, but you are responsible for confirming the deadline.
Do I need to notarize the cancellation notice?
Some developers require notarization and some do not. Your contract rescission instructions will tell you what is required. If you want notarization for additional documentation, we can notarize the signatures with valid photo ID.
Where do you send the notice?
We send it to the cancellation address listed in your contract rescission instructions (or the address you provide from your contract). Using the correct address and delivery method is important.
What does “Certified Mail (Return Receipt Requested)” mean?
Certified Mail provides a mailing receipt and tracking. Return Receipt Requested (when available) provides an additional record showing delivery/receipt.
Will you give me the tracking number?
Yes. For the full service option, we provide the USPS tracking number and mailing receipt so you can track delivery and keep proof for your records.
What if there are two purchasers on the contract?
If multiple purchasers must sign, each required signer should sign the notice. We can notarize all required signatures. Additional notarized signers are +$10 each.
Can you help if I’m outside the rescission window or in another state?
This service is intended for Florida timeshare rescission within the contract’s rescission period. If you are outside the window or your contract is governed by another state, you may want to consult a qualified attorney for advice.
Do you guarantee the cancellation will be accepted?
No. We cannot guarantee any outcome. You are responsible for meeting the deadline and following the contract’s rescission instructions. We provide documentation support, notarization, and (if selected) proof-of-mailing/tracking.
