Notary Fees & Services

 Please note: Each signature notarized is a notarial act; each page that you need to notarize is also a notarial act. Florida statute 117.05 

**Example 1:** If one individual appears before the notary to notarize a single document, the cost will be $10.

**Example 2:** If two individuals appear before the notary to notarize a single document, the total fee will be $20 to notarize both signatures. If the document consists of two pages that require notarization for both signers, the total cost will be $40.

(Note: The charge is $10 per signature on each notarized document.)

Please note that the above prices do not include the mobile notary service charge or any additional service fees, if applicable.

Remote online Notarization $25 for the first seal + $10 for each additional seal.

$65 minimum travel fee

• +$3 per mile (round-trip) once the destination is outside ZIP 34743
• Mileage is calculated using Google Maps at the time of booking and confirmed before dispatch.
• Additional $25 after hours service charge from  7pm-7am
• Additional $ 10.00-weekend service charge

 To avoid this service charge you must book an appointment 24 hours in advance.

Our process serving and document delivery services are available to a diverse clientele, including individuals, businesses, registered agents, law firms, attorneys, financial institutions, government entities, corporations, and the general public

 If the document/s being notarized requires witnesses and you don't have anyone to serve as a witness we can supply a witness for you.  A witness is an additional person who is not a party to the transaction and is present to witness the signing of the specific document. Please note that an additional $10 fee will be added to the witness fee for each additional page signed  by the witness.

• Single-sided only (each printed side = 1 page)
• Letter & legal accepted
• PDFs preferred

Need your documents scanned and returned by email (or scan-backs for a lender/title company)? We can help.

• Scanning is not included with printing.
• Scan-backs must be requested upfront (before the appointment/delivery).
